Commercial Electric Lead

This is a hands-on position, based out of our office in Asheville, NC. The Commercial Electrical Lead will support the following types of projects, both locally and regionally:

  • Commercial & Industrial Solar installation (primarily 20kW to 2MW)
  • Commercial & Industrial Solar Operations & Maintenance, repairand troubleshooting (primarily 20kW to 5MW)
  • Installation of industrial electric vehicle infrastructure (60kW +) for buses and commercial fleets
  • Installation and Operations & Maintenance of grid-level storage and microgrid systems

An ideal candidate will have:

  • At least 2 years of Crew Leading experience.
  • At least 3 years of commercial electrical construction experience
  • Ability to think critically and solve problems in the field
  • A background including general construction
  • Experience working with and around heavy machinery
  • Excellent written communication skills

Field Technician

This is a hands-on position primarily in the field, based out of our office in Asheville, NC. The Field Technician will support the following types of projects, both locally and regionally:

  • Commercial & Industrial Solar installation (primarily 20kW to 2MW)

  • 1 year of non-residential solar installation, O&M, and/or QA/QC experience.
  • Ability to think critically and solve problems in the field
